Customer Research Technology was established in 2001. Our core strategy was to become the leading provider of a growing range of customer research and insight technologies. In 2006 Simon Rowland became CEO and the company was taken into a high growth stage with new investment and direction.

Substantial development has led to partnerships with Ipsos MORI, IBM, the Market Research Society and the Institute of Customer Service; now over one million people a year give feedback via CRT's ViewPoint technology.
