ViewPoint Mobile Phone SMS Survey, using SMS text messaging for customer feedback, is an exciting new addition to the ViewPoint Research Control Suite. This customer survey technology is highly effective for capturing ‘point of experience’ feedback for Improving Customer Service from any mobile phone, anywhere, anytime.
How does it work?
Customers simply text the unique ViewPoint SMS short code – they can then freely give feedback about their experience of the service provided. The information will then be analysed by our Mobile Phone SMS survey management system, to ensure that customers are presented with simple, meaningful data that can be used almost immediately. All of this data is stored securely with the ViewPoint RCS hub and ready for reporting on demand.

What about reporting?
Customers can view and report on the feedback collected, helping to highlight trends within a particular location. The feedback will be time-stamped and can provide an accurate picture of customer experience - enabling appropriate action to be taken.
How easy is this to set up?
