Generally at motorway services, train stations and bus stations customers ‘dwell’ time is high as they wait for the next element of their journey. This research opportunity is captured by CRT™’s transport satisfaction feedback systems and results in high response rates and high quality data being achieved. That said, in the LU scenario, units are placed in the ticket halls where dwell time is virtually non-existent yet still good response rates are attained.
