Q. Won’t people mess about on the Touchscreens and try to manipulate the results?
A. Yes they will, but our ViewPoint Research Control Suite offers a unique data quarantine system which identifies invalid responses called Valid8™. Our software identifies those seeking to manipulate the feedback and places their responses in a separate field, where additional 'human assessment' can be made if required. This provides far more accurate results than traditional customer feedback methods.

This approach has been tested by Ipsos MORI, Debenhams, Halfords and others; all have beneffited from accurate data samples.

Q. Are the Touch Screens and Tablets robust?
A. CRT is IBM's Premier Business Partner. IBM supply a 'retail hardened' AnyPlace Kiosk
(APK)
. The APK is a robust and proven device - ideal for high-volume public use - which has been specially designed for use in tough retail and other public environments.

The APK offers a toughened glass screen with infrared sensors rather than 'resistive' touchscreen technology which is more prone to damage with use. We also offer solid-steel stand options, including a security D bracket built into the design and floor mountings, so the devices can be safely and securely sited in multiple locations with ease.

The IBM AnyPlace Kiosk has been tested to:

• Withstand spillages
• Cope with extreme temperature conditions
• Be resistant to interference from other devices such as mobile phones etc.

Our APKs have been placed in supermarkets, front enquiry desks, train stations, tube stations, motorway services, leisure centres, museums, factories, universities, housing estates, schools, colleges and hospitals. All of these have included unsupervised sightings and have been successfully used for capturing high-volume, high-quality customer and service-user feedback

Q. Will people of all ages use the Touchscreen, Tablet or Online Surveys?
A. Yes. ViewPoint feedback methodologies capture response rates across all age ranges. Due the anonymity our system affords, everyone from the young to the elderly find the system to be a user friendly way of sharing their opinions in an open and honest manner. Our kiosk is ergonomically designed to ensure that able bodied and disabled users of all ages can easily feedback their experiences.

Recent research has shown that in one of our major retail clients, over 10% of the feedback collected was from the over 75's

Q. Do I need any special programmes on my PC to create surveys or reports?
A. The ViewPoint Research Control Suite is internet based so all you need is an internet connection to access your account. It's beneficial to have Microsoft Silverlight (a free programme which can be downloaded) to experience all the benefits of ViewPoint.

Q. Will I get any support when I purchase any of your ViewPoint Products?
A. Yes! Customer Care is extremely important to us and we will help you in any way we can to get you up and running. We run training workshops and provide telephone support to ensure you get the most out of the system.

Q. How easy is it to look at my results?
A. Our system is developed with you as the user in mind so when it comes to creating surveys and reports, we've made it simple. Your reports can be generated automatically in a couple of mouse clicks and it will do all the maths, graphs and charts for you! ViewPoint provides a number of automated reports to look at your responses in different ways which will save you time and money! If you’re a bit of an ‘Excel Wiz’ ViewPoint also allows you to take your results and create your own reports so the flexibility is considerable.

Q. Can I have more than one customer survey running at a time?
A. The simple answer is yes! There are many ways to do this with our system.

Q. Is my account limited to the amount of surveys or responses I can create or receive?
A. You have no limit except the sky! You can create as many surveys as you want and receive as many responses as you want and your account will store them permanently!
