Our customer satisfaction survey software, ViewPoint RCS, has been uniquely developed to enable our clients to create their own customer surveys, deploy them to a range of remote devices and then to easily upload the feedback data from the completed surveys. With this information, our clients can run a whole range of easy-to-create reports with Survey Design Software.

Although the ViewPoint RCS is a Web Survey Software Tool offering online customer Survey Analysis Software applications, we have a range of devices which operate off-line in order to provide our clients with easy to use research technology - whatever the situation. For example, our Touch Screens operate as plug-and-play devices, requiring only a mains connection to operate.

The ViewPoint Research Control Suite (RCS), is a secure online application, where:

• Surveys are created (following a simple to use wizard)
• Surveys are deployed to a range of touch devices or online
• Data captured is then uploaded and filtered
• ...and then reports can be created immediately, on demand.

And uniquely, ViewPoint RCS ensures that your customer feedback is legitimate. Our Valid8™ system 'filters and quarantines' false customer survey responses - such as children playing around - so that the data sample is high quality genuine feedback that can be trusted.

ViewPoint Touchscreen

ViewPoint Touch Screen is an unattended device with a wide range of features including: 3G-GPRS data upload option, open-ended text capture, images and graphics on screen, multiple choice and all that apply questions, etc. Ideal for surveys when you need to capture customers' details. Currently used by companies such as Halfords, Specsavers, police force and over 100 councils.
