As part of the implementation of any self-service solution, CRT hosts training workshops to meet your user requirements. Our enjoyable workshops run by an associate member of the Institute of Training & Occupational Learning cover all aspects of the customer research products you have purchased, giving you the skills to use our ViewPoint Customer Survey Software with confidence.

CRT is able to work with members of staff you wish to allocate as ‘super-users’ and grant administrator access rights. We can train your super-users to pass their skills on to your team as required.

Training Options Include:

• In-house workshops at CRT’s head office in Coventry, West Midlands
• On-site client training workshops
• Telephone and live online training

CRT recognises that training is an ongoing requirement. We offer refresher courses and training for new members of your team throughout out the year. We can also put together a bespoke training package to meet your needs.

In addition CRT run regular forums in Coventry where you can meet other ViewPoint users, share best practice and be amongst the first to review our latest software updates.
