What is the difference between a ViewPoint Touch Screen and an Opinionmeter?
ViewPoint Touchscreen is our touch screen software application which can be deployed to any compatible touch screen kiosk. As IBM partners we recommend the AnyPlace Kiosk (APK).
The Opinionmeter is a bespoke battery powered customer survey device, utilising a simple to use button pad and a printed survey.
Both devices generate high response rates and are ideal for collecting customer satisfaction surveys. The Opinionmeter runs on a rechargeable battery which lasts 2 days so is ideal for collecting surveys where no power is available.
The ViewPoint Touchscreen offers more flexibility than the Opinionmeter. It can entertain a greater range and type of questions, includes corporate branding on the user interface, multiple language options and has a wider range of connectivity options.
