We provide a variety of help and guidance from before you buy and throughout your time as a CRT customer. We offer training tailored to your particular needs, in order to enable you to learn how to get the most out of our technology for your operation.

Please remember that technical support is not the same as product training.

Technical support covers both software and hardware. Software is supported throughout the life of your contract. Hardware is supported both in and out of warranty, however out of warranty support is chargeable. CRT offers extended warranty support packs.

Our technical advisors are always happy to help and can be reached via telephone or email. In the ‘client area' after submitting your username and password, you will have the option to contact our technical team by completing a ‘help request’ form.
