What level of technical support will I receive?


We offer training tailored to your particular needs to enable you to learn how to get the most out of your software, services and devices. Our technical advisors are always happy to help by telephone or email.

On site support may be required, which will be provided according to you in or out of warranty status. Extended warranty options are available.

All our customers have a unique user name and password. In the 'client area', after submitting your username and password, you will have the option to contact our technical team by completing a ‘help request’ form.

Technical support is distinct from product training, which is available to be booked for either telephone training or on site training, with one-to-one or group workshops.
